Existe-t-il un lien entre l’exploitation de la Nature et la domination ancestrale des hommes sur les femmes ? C’est la th\u00e8se d\u00e9fendue par l’\u00e9cof\u00e9minisme, pens\u00e9e philosophique encore m\u00e9connue en France mais puissante aux \u00c9tats-Unis. La prise de conscience de la gravit\u00e9 du r\u00e9chauffement climatique permettra-t-elle de mettre fin aux in\u00e9galit\u00e9s et aux violences subies par les femmes ? Mettre fin au capitalisme est-il le meilleur moyen d’abattre le patriarcat ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Face \u00e0 l’\u00e9tat de la plan\u00e8te, la cuisine peut-elle \u00eatre l’une des cl\u00e9s de la transition \u00e9cologique qui s’impose \u00e0 nos soci\u00e9t\u00e9s ? Diminution de la consommation de viande, protection des producteurs locaux et du patrimoine alimentaire, \u00e9mancipation face \u00e0 l’emprise de l’industrie agro-alimentaire, l’urgence environnementale impose \u00e9galement que nous prot\u00e9gions ce tr\u00e9sor de l’humanit\u00e9 qu’est la nourriture et que nous pensions une transmission plus vertueuse et \u00e9cologique de la cuisine \u00e0 nos enfants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
