M\u00e9langer 100 g de farine et une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de bicarbonate de soude, puis un verre de lait ti\u00e8de (15 cl). Laisser gonfler une demi-heure. Prendre un oeuf et s\u00e9parer le blanc du jaune. Monter le blanc en neige. Dans un autre saladier, m\u00e9langer le jaune d\u2019oeuf, une pinc\u00e9e de sel, une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sucre, trois cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile, le blanc d\u2019oeuf mont\u00e9 en neige et un verre de lait. M\u00e9langer doucement puis ajouter la pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 base de farine.<\/p>\n

Laisser reposer une demi-heure. Faire cuire dans des po\u00eales \u00e0 blini, une minute de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/p>\n
