Faire une p\u00e2te d\u2019argile verte ou rouge, m\u00e9lang\u00e9e avec de l\u2019eau, et l\u2019appliquer sur la peau (\u00e9paisseur de 2 cm). La couvrir d\u2019un bandage ou d\u2019une compresse et changer la p\u00e2te si elle devient chaude. Jeter l\u2019argile d\u00e8s qu\u2019elle est s\u00e8che et la remplacer \u00e9ventuellement si l\u2019abc\u00e8s n\u2019est pas sec. Poursuivre les applications d\u2019argile jusqu\u2019\u00e0 disparition des traces en les espa\u00e7ant et en laissant agir plus longtemps (deux heures par exemple). Entre chaque application, laver \u00e9ventuellement avec de l\u2019eau sal\u00e9e.<\/p>\n
